Job Description
Our ideal candidate will have a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA) and one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Document care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
