Join our dedicated team at CareCore at Heritage, where we strive to provide exceptional dining services to our residents. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ensure high-quality food service is provided at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the care of supplies and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections of food service areas to ensure sanitation, safety, and proper task execution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Dining Services or designee.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.
- Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and the general public.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday, as required.
- Willingness to learn – on-the-job training provided for all new hires.
Position Details
- Hours: Part-time, 10–20 hours per week.
- Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Pay: $12.00–$16.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week, including every other weekend.
