• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the facility.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.

• Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and operational goals to ensure fiscal responsibility.

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Ohio.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
