Position Summary :
The HR / BOM will be a key member of our administrative team, overseeing human resources and business office functions. This dual role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth financial and administrative processes within the business office.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission and values.
Business Office Management :
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident billing processes.
