CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide exceptional care to our valued residents. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible scheduling to suit your needs, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. Plus, take advantage of our daily pay options to get paid when you need it. Our shift hours are 7-7 AM and PM. This position does require an active Ohio STNA Certification.
Duties :
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document residents’ health, vital signs, and general well-being
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents' dietary needs are met
- Communicate resident needs and observations to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Perform additional duties as specified by management to support resident care
