Job Responsibilities :
As a Dietary Aide / Cook, your duties will include :
- Preparing and serving meals in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Following menus and recipes while adhering to portion control and food safety standards.
- Assisting with food prep, meal plating, and serving in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Communicating with staff to accommodate special dietary requirements or food allergies.
- Assisting in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
