We are looking to hire quickly for Maintenance Assisant . You can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
Minimum requirements include the following :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Maintenance with a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred.
A working understanding electrical systems, HVAC systems, and various mechanical and architectural systems.
Valid driver’s license.
Job duties include but not limited to :
Maintaining structure of builidng.
Assisting with any repairs internally and externally - includes drywalling, painting, basic plumbing, basic eletrical work, assembling items like furniture, etc.
Driving bus for maintenance or to take residents to appoinments
Every other weekend
