YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility. Healthcare Nursing Center provides a warm and secure environment to work in. We believe that our staff are there not only to improve the lives of our residents, but to improve their own lives!
As a Unit Manager you are required to oversees the proper administration of total care to our residents. Provide general nursing care to residents in the Nursing Facility in compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee work of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to validate their compliance with nursing standards, state and federal regulations and laws, and Center policies. Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team. Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
