Director of Admissions & Marketing

Located in the beautiful Montgomery area of Cincinnati , CareCore at Montgomery is a center of tranquility and quality care. CareCore at Montgomery is currently looking for an Admissions and Marketing Director to join its successful team in overseeing the facility and drive business in the Cincinnati market. Job duties to include:

Extensive skilled ability to market within the healthcare arena on behalf of CareCore at Montgomery

Drive growth in census

Completion of paperwork and drive the admission processes

Providing tours to potential residents along with the Admission Coordinator

Answering and addressing referrals

Community outreach

Assisting with the development and implementation of quarterly and annual marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong established contacts with area doctors and hospitals. Additionally, they will have previous experience in admissions in a healthcare setting. The new team member will posses excellent communication skills, leadership, and sales and marketing skills.

Experience needed:

2 years in health care setting (preferred)

Admission experience
