What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook Full Time/Part Time/PRN position at CareCore Health LLC?
Serve Safe Certification preferred.
- Works with dietitian and Food Service Manager to ensure that proper resident diets are followed
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock par levels to report to Food Service Director
- Accepts, approves and puts away food and supply delivery
- Supervises dietary aides under the direction of the Food Service Director
