Dietary PT 1st Shift Server

Join our dedicated team at CareCore at Heritage, where we strive to provide exceptional dining services to our residents. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality food service is provided at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the care of supplies and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections of food service areas to ensure sanitation, safety, and proper task execution.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Dining Services or designee.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and the general public.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday, as required.
• Willingness to learn - on-the-job training provided for all new hires.
  
  
  

Position Details

• Hours: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week.
• Shift Options:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Pay: $12.00-$16.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week, including every other weekend.
