LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)Night Shift

As an LPN, you will deliver top-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is perfect for someone who values patient-centered care and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Our shift times are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

We are currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time Night Shift positions. We also have PRN positions available.

Qualifications:

• A valid and current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents’ health, documenting changes, and reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
