We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our staff. Openings are available for both Day and Night shifts, with flexible start dates - you could begin as early as next week! New Grads Welcome!

Shifts Available:
- Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
- Long Term Care Experience preffered but not required.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Safe and manageable nurse-to-patient ratios
