Responsibilities
Oversee and support Business Office Managers at multiple CareCore Health facilities in the Cincinnati region.
Ensure accurate billing, collections, accounts receivable management, census reporting, and resident trust accounting.
Conduct training, audits, and ongoing performance evaluations to ensure standardization and operational excellence.
Collaborate with facility leadership and regional teams to meet financial and operational targets.
Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
Serve as a liaison between facility offices and the corporate team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Experience overseeing multiple sites or working in a regional capacity.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private-Pay billing procedures.
- Strong Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Ability to travel within the Cincinnati region as required.
