This critical role supports the VP of Clinical Operations in overseeing clinical excellence across our Dayton-area facilities, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.
As a member of our C orporate Clinical Team , you will :
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide mentorship and training to facility-based clinical teams.
- Oversee and adapt clinical policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic clinical initiatives.
Lead, develop, and manage top clinical talent across all facilities, included hiring as needed.
