The head cook's role encompasses meal preparation, enforcing sanitary practices, managing food temperatures, adhering to recipes, and knowledge of special diets
Qualifications include but are not limited to :
- Abiilty to multi-task
- Understanding of diets (IE. puree, mechanical soft, nectar, honey, etc.)
- Knowledge of proper food temps
- Knowledge of proper food prep sanitation / environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Reliable transportation
