About the Role
Dietary Aides work under the supervision of the head cook and are responsible for :
- Accurately sorting and reading tickets for proper tray line management.
- Operating and maintaining the dish room with a focus on proper sanitation and cleanliness.
- Using and handling proper sanitizing chemicals and ensuring clean dishes are readily available.
