CareCore at Willowood is proud to offer comprehensive rehabilitation therapy services in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our skilled team. This flexible role will provide coverage as needed for vacations, late evaluations, and other intermittent needs.

Position Highlights :

  • Deliver therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in SNF / Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
  • Familiarity with Net Health software.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Perform Physical Therapy evaluations, including recertifications and follow-ups.
  • Adhere to professional principles and best practices in Physical Therapy.
