About Us:
At Carecraft Pools, we specialize in designing and constructing high-quality swimming pools for our clients. We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team for a 3-month contract to help oversee and coordinate our pool construction projects.
Position Overview:
As a Temporary Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing pool construction projects. You will be a point contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, managing communications and making sure everything stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries
- Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays during construction
- Assist with any other administrative or organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or construction coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience handling phone calls and client interactions professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar softwareKnowledge of pool construction or the construction industry is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
