Job Summary
Established in 2015, CareDesk is a growing Management Services Organization and Revenue Cycle Management company seeking a bright and motivated individual to grow a strong team of leads while building and maintaining the relationship with clients.
Must have at least 3 years of manager experience with at least 5 direct reports.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate billing, eligibility, benefits, collections, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the current team
- Responsible for overseeing all issues related to the revenue cycle and diplomatically interacting with clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies
- Provide clear direction, training, and professional development opportunities while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Monitor workload distribution and ensure team accountability to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain and improve operations through efficient use of organizational resources and systems
- Formulates and makes recommendations on policies and practices relating to revenue cycle improvements.
- Facilitates compliance with administrative/legal requirements and governmental regulations as they relate to revenue cycle operations.
Qualifications
- 3 years in revenue cycle management, billing, or financial reconciliation.
- 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in revenue cycle management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
