Responsibilities:
- Lead, facilitate, and document functional processes and dialog flows.
- Analyze and document features, epics, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and other use case modeling techniques.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Leader to capture and prioritize business needs, features, and user stories based on business impact and complexity.
- Work with the Technical Lead and Developers to describe epics, features, and user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Ensure all business needs are met, including project objectives, expected results, and business impact, in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Assist the Scrum Leader with backlog refinement, user story management, and feature prioritization based on release schedules.
- Introduce ideas to enhance customer solutions.
- Participate in daily scrum calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in custom development within the healthcare and/or transplant industry.
- Extensive experience in business writing, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Documents (SRDs), Use Case Specifications, and Functional Specifications.
- Proficient in use case mapping and activity diagrams.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, analysis, validation, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, leading JAD sessions, use cases, user interface design, relational database models, and data flow models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experienced Business Analyst in IT.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Process Reengineering, Agile, and extreme programming methodologies.
- Experience in creating functional roadmaps.
- Experience with mobile or web applications.
- Ability to prioritize requirements.
- Experience in the transplant industry is beneficial.
- Experience in creating user stories.
- Expertise in collaborating with technical developers and business teams to create, interpret, and implement software systems.
- Experience with a consulting firm is an added advantage.
