Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our La Crosse, WI facility and is considered safety-sensitive. 

What you will do: 

• Implement and control the production schedule
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
• Determine the human resources and material resources required.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.   
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures ensure adherence to product quality standards.       
•  Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.   
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including materials, engineering, and quality.

What you will bring: 

·          Bachelor's degree preferred; 7 years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

·          Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/manufacturing required.

·          Understanding and commitment to Lean Manufacturing

·          Experience managing people

·          Must be able to manage effectively in an organized labor manufacturing environment

·          Work within labor agreement.

·          Ability to manage and develop direct and indirect reports.

·          Financial management skills/knowledge

·          Familiar with quality systems.

·          Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

·          Comfortable in both in person and remote environments

·          Strong technical aptitude with passion for excellence

·          Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills

·          Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.

·          Effectively communicate concepts and decisions.

·          Make timely decisions and maintain accountability for such decisions.

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $ 105,000-135,000/annually

 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
