About the Role
The Director of Fundraising will play a critical role in furthering the mission and vision of Career Blazers Nonprofit Search by leading our fundraising efforts and developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Salary
$80,000 - $85,000 annual salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Collaborate with leadership to create a marketing plan
- Lead the Fund Development Committee and contribute to Board initiatives
- Manage and support department staff to foster teamwork and inclusivity
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, or Marketing/Sales; Master's Degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales or non-profit Fundraising, Marketing, or Sales or Fund Development
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Taking ownership of work, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively
