$80,000 - $85,000 annual salary
Job Description
You will develop and support a strategic approach to fundraising, focusing on donors of major and annual gifts, comprised of individuals, corporations, churches, associations, non-profit organizations, clubs, and foundations, while encouraging a culture of philanthropy both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead philanthropic efforts to secure funding from donors and prospects
- Collaborate with leadership to develop an annual fund development plan
- Partner with leadership to create a marketing plan addressing operational needs
- Lead the Fund Development Committee and contribute to Board initiatives
- Recruit, manage, and support department staff, fostering teamwork and inclusivity
- Develop and execute a comprehensive donor relations strategy
- Oversee marketing and communications, including social media and fundraising materials
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, or Marketing/Sales; Master's Degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales or non-profit Fundraising, Marketing, or Sales or Fund Development
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Taking ownership of work, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively
