Salary
$80,000 - $85,000 annual salary
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts, developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, and overseeing the Fund Development Committee. You will also collaborate with leadership to create a marketing plan and partner with department staff to foster teamwork and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee our progressive and dynamic fundraising strategy
- Develop and support a strategic approach to fundraising
- Collaborate with leadership to develop an annual fund development plan
- Lead the Fund Development Committee and contribute to Board initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, or Marketing/Sales; Master's Degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales or non-profit Fundraising, Marketing, or Sales or Fund Development
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Taking ownership of work, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively
