Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts, including:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Collaborating with leadership to create a marketing plan
- Leading the Fund Development Committee and contributing to Board initiatives
- Managing and supporting department staff to foster teamwork and inclusivity
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, or Marketing/Sales; Master's Degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales or non-profit Fundraising, Marketing, or Sales or Fund Development
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Taking ownership of work, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively
