Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, or Marketing/Sales; Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales or non-profit Fundraising, including demonstrated knowledge of annual giving, major giving through individual and foundation/corporate solicitations; communications and special events management
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
