This opportunity is located at Beck School of Practical Nursing, near Red Bud, Illinois. Beck has been training quality CNAs and LPNs for 45 years. This position is a full time position consisting of both classroom and clinical instruction.

Salary Range from 58,300-85,000
Duties:
- Provide instruction and guidance to nursing students in various healthcare settings, including primary care, senior care, critical care, and ICU.
- Develop and deliver educational materials and lectures on topics related to nursing management, acute care, and adult education.
- Facilitate hands-on clinical experiences for students, including documentation review, care plan development, and patient assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through creation and grading of exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in nursing

Full-Time positions include 13 sick, 2 personal days off, and 20 vacation days. Health and elective benefits are available. Employer paid IMRF retirement, Student Loan Assistance up to $5000 per year after one year of employment. Set hours each week, no nights, no weekends. Clinical Sites are located in Monroe, Randolph, and St. Clair Counties. Pay increases for candidates with Masters degree, PhD, and teaching experience.
