Summary
A Tier-1, rapidly growing commercial/industrial real estate firm is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join their team in their Tukwila, Washington office. Reporting directly to the Senior Leasing Manager, the Leasing Coordinator will play a key role for new and renewing leases across their greater Seattle and PNW markets. This is an excellent role for someone with a strong commercial leasing background looking to take their next step with one of the fastest growing mixed use industrial/commercial real estate firms in the country.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of new deals and lease renewal processes, such as gathering tenant qualifications, lease drafting, tracking proposals, and document execution
- Maintain leasing templates and listing agreements and track receipt of commission invoices
- Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy and accelerate lease renewals
- Tour new and existing tenants through vacant space and make sure spaces are "show ready"
- Maintain company and property marketing with brokerage firms and prospects through industry events and marketing programs
Qualifications
- Strong background in the commercial real estate leasing space
- Real Estate license preferred. not required
- Bachelors preferred, not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
