Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Real Estate
A leading industrial real estate firm focusing on mixed use industrial/commercial properties is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role on their corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist with financial analysis and modeling to help make high impact decisions leveraging data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and forecast corporate cash flows
- Assist with departmental budget projections, including budget-to-actual analysis
- Calculate returns, performance metrics and revenue yields
- Leverage data analytics software (Alteryx) to streamline financial analysis
- Prepare cash forecasting, including liquidity analysis
- Complete ad hoc analysis for our Executive team relating to acquisitions, dispositions, and new ventures
- Lead corporate profitability analysis, including scenario modeling to aid in strategic decision making
- Create and present performance reporting and construct corporate fair valuation reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 2 years of Corporate Financial Analysis experience, including financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills, along with sophisticated data analytics experience
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
This is an excellent role for an up-and-coming Financial Analyst looking to elevate their career with a Tier-1 company in Orange County. Salary : $91,600 - $114,200
