- Provide career coaching and guidance to youth and adults with disabilities seeking employment
- Assist clients in developing job search skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, applying for jobs and networking
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the job search and placement process
- Collaborate with employers and community organizations to identify job opportunities for clients
- Monitor and report on clients' progress towards their career goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to educate and empower individuals to achieve their career goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
