What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer position at Career Collective?
Responsibilities
- Perform full design of HVAC systems including full equipment selection for small to medium commercial projects.
- Perform heating cooling loads calculations.
- Experience in duct work layout is a plus but not necessary.
- Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate.
- Hydronic System Design and Piping is a plus but not necessary.
- Complete full design in accordance with code. Production is performed using AutoCAD and Revit depending on preference of architect.
- Provide bid and construction phase services including reviewing bids, answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, participating in project walk throughs and providing field observation reports.
- PE and EIT positions available if you have more experience
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
