Job Description:
We are seeking a Transportation Engineer with 7 years of solid design experience (not project management) to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Phase 1 and Phase 2 design for transportation projects, bringing depth to our growing department. Licensure is flexible—candidates may hold an EIT, PE, or extensive experience without a license.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of transportation design experience
- Strong background in Phase 1 & Phase 2 project design
- Licensed PE in Illinois and/or Indiana preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hybrid schedule (3 in-office / 2 remote)
