We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator for our clients direct hire opening in the Jamestown, NY area. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience along with:
- Mazak Integrex Lathes
- Programming with "G" Code

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator
- "G" Code experience is required
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

In order to produce tight tolerance products the CNC Lathe Operator must be able to:
- Prepare and operate CNC Lathes (Mazak Integrex 100ST/200ST & Mazak Quick Turn 350/450).
- Programming experience with Top Solid & “G” Code
- Ability to test run to verify machine will produce outputs according to programmed specifications
- Set-up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large lot sizes
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with print requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto the machines
- Make necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
