The successful candidate will be involved with:
- Client consultation, legal research, pleadings and document drafting , discovery process, pre-trial motions, trial preparation, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and appeals
Requirements:
- JD Law degree and active NYS Bar registration are required
- Should have excellent technical skills inclusive of MS Office and other proprietary platforms
- Must be able to succinctly communicate with confidence verbally and via written documentation
- Must offer strong legal research, investigation, and analysis skills
- Should be highly organized relating to meeting critical deadlines and overall time management
- Must be an excellent listener to accurately comprehend client needs and expectations and to absorb pertinent details relating to cases
- Should be a strong negotiator
- Must have an eye for detail regarding critical case matters and specifics

- Salary offering is $70 - $125K benefits and is based on years of experience and relevant skill set (a minimum of one full year of licensed litigation experience is needed. The top of this salary range will require you to bring a very strong civil litigation skill set requiring minimal training. Additional compensation is available via the procurement of new business/clients.)
