- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:00PM - 12:00AM or 3:00PM - 1:00AM and Friday's if needed are 1:00PM - 9:00PM (shift hours may change due to work load.)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and control the production machinery, ensuring they are operating in accordance with prints and order specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Utilize basic math and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to safety standards.
- Employ lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of experience
- Lift 25lbs or more
- Read a tape measure and blueprints
- Have reliable transportation
- Have steel toe boots
- Work mandatory OT when needed
- The ability to work your scheduled shift - attendance is crucial
