Accounts and payment manager needed for a property management company operating in Athens County, Ohio.
Primary duties:
- Accepting and processing payments
- Preparing correspondence and documentation
- Data entry and account reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Assisting walk-in traffic and callers with questions on properties and relaying messages accordingly
- Working with tenants on timely payments and follow-up as needed
- General office duties as assigned
This is a temp-to-direct-hire, part-time position hiring immediately. This client would consider direct-hire for the right candidate. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This business prides itself on a flexible work environment and family-friendly atmosphere. The pay is commensurate with experience, but within the range of $15 to $18/hour.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new applications with ease
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile
- Must be comfortable communicating with a diverse population
- Extremely dependable and interested in making a long-term commitment to an employer
- Previous Quickbooks experience is helpful but not required
