Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Review work order and print.
- Safetly operate production runs on machine shop tooling, including, but not limited to: milling machines, lathes, EDM machines, presses, bench grinders and sanders, drill press.
- Read prints.
- Submit first piece to inspection to verify conformance of work.
- Move job to next operation as needed.
- Keep machine clean.
- Adhere to safety program practices, including the use of PPE.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read and interpret machining requirements from engineering drawing.
- Basic knowledge of machinability of materials.
- Ability to follow direction from production supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate with teams members.
- Ability to work within close tolerances.
- Mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot problems.
