Hardscape Foreman

Location: Roseville, MI, 48066

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule: Extended hours Monday to Friday, Overtime Weekends as needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Foreman to lead our hardscape/landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardscape construction and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. The Hardscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hardscape projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise hardscape/landscaping team
• Plan and organize hardscape projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients and project managers
• Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hardscape Foreman or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques
• Valid driver's license
