Summary :
Receptionist needed for a busy office located in Henderson, West Virginia. Will be assisting and supporting the office by :
- Answer a multi-line phone system.
- Greet appointments and check them in.
- Receive and forward messages along to the appropriate individuals.
- Process email requests in a timely fashion.
- Schedule routine, annual, and urgent appointments.
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls.
- Organize daily deposits.
- Other general office support tasks as needed.
This is a direct-hire, full-time job, hiring immediately. The office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and every third Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pay is commensurate with experience, pay increase after 60 days.
