Attorney (Tech Transactions)
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for an I.P. - Technology Transactions (Life Sciences) Associate . You will engage with cutting-edge life sciences technologies, collaborate with visionary founders, and negotiate complex, standalone commercial transactions that significantly impact both the technologies and the participants.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions, particularly in the life sciences sector.
- Experience supporting clients at the intersection of law, technology, and life sciences.
- Demonstrated experience representing biotech companies and large pharmaceutical firms in patent licensing and collaboration agreements.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory process, including FDA approval pathways for therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.
