RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and file legal documents, including demand letters, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda.
- Represent clients in negotiations with manufacturers and dealerships.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Litigate cases through pre-trial, trial, and potential appeals.
- Maintain case files and keep clients up-to-date on the status of their cases.
