Corporate Associate Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Corporate Associate to join their Startup and Venture Capital group. You will work with top-tier clients and develop expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic practice. You will provide legal services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to publicly traded corporations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- 3 years of experience in sophisticated corporate law practice, specifically focused on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation.
- Strong understanding of venture capital financing, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity.
- Experience advising startups, emerging companies, and venture capital investors on corporate governance, financing rounds, equity structure, and M&A transactions.
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies is preferred.
