We are assisting them in their search for a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate.You willwork on highprofile deals in the technology and life sciences sectors while collaborating with industryleading attorneys.This role is ideal for someone who is driven thrives in highstakes dealmaking and wants to grow within a topranked M&A practice
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- 3 5 years of M&A experience at a toptier corporate law firm with a strong focus on highvalue transactions.
- Expertise in technology and life sciences sectors is preferred.
- Experience handling complex M&A deals including due diligence negotiations structuring and closing transactions.
- Strong deal sheet showcasing significant M&A transactions.
