Class Action Associate Attorney – Wage & Hour

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a Plaintiffs law firm in Los Angeles and we are seeking an Associate Attorney with 5 - 10 years of experience to join their Wage and Hour Class Action Department.

This firm is committed to professional development, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for career advancement in a highly collaborative environment. We seek a team-oriented individual who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Represent employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims against employers, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
  • Take and defend depositions and advocate in hearings, mediations, and trials.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • J.D. and active California State Bar membership.
  • 5 - 10 years of employment law experience , with a focus on wage and hour or PAGA claims (more experience welcomed).
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Open to defense attorneys

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

  • Salary : $180,000 - $250,000 annually, plus bonuses.
