Insurance Defense Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a premiere AVrated fullservice law firm. The firm has been fortunate to represent numerous clients who are members of the Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 list of multinational corporations.We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with insurance defense experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Manage all litigation phases including case management motions mediation and trial prep.
Draft pleadings discovery depositions motions and briefs to support defense strategies.
Provide timely legal advice and communication to clients on legal and factual matters.
Communicate with the court witnesses opposing counsel and cocounsel per office procedures.
Assist in preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence in trials and hearings.
Preference handling matters in Construction defects general / professional liability insurance coverage medical malpractice toxic tort etc.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

5 10 years of experience in California litigation

Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

Salary $170000 $225000
