We seeka dynamic and motivated Employment Attorney to join our team.Our firm is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive environment where attorneys can thrive. Our vision is to build a practice where every attorney is supported by a full team (POD) consisting of a law clerk paralegal and legal assistant. We believe this structure not only enhances efficiency but also fosters a culture of teamwork and excellence.

We understand that complex cases require a collaborative approach which is why we emphasize teamwork across all levelsensuring no one feels isolated. Senior leadership and support staff work handinhand to provide the guidance and resources needed to succeed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Will represent clients in employment disputes including discrimination harassment retaliation wrongful termination and wage and hour claims.
• Managing a caseload of 45 55 cases on average with the support of a paralegal and legal assistant.
• Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents; conduct legal research.
• Advise on employment law compliance and review contracts policies and handbooks.
• Handle depositions mediations settlements and administrative proceedings before agencies like the EEOC and DFEH.
• Collaborate on case strategies and stay updated on employment law developments.
