Mid-Level Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a successful plaintiff civil litigation firm with over 15 Attorneys, over 1000 five-start Google reviews, and over 30 years in business helping the injured. We need a sharp, experienced Personal Injury Attorney who can independently handle a caseload from start to finish, including settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and trial prep when necessary. You should have a proven track record of securing settlements in the $200,000 - $1,000,000 range and the ability to drive results with minimal supervision.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Manage up to 60 litigation cases, overseeing investigations, strategy development, and trial preparation.
• Independently negotiate and close six- and seven-figure settlements.
• Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression.
