Real Estate Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is in search of a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney to work out of El Segundo, California. We have partnered with an award-winning mid-size firm serving businesses, individuals, trustees, and families across Southern California. We assist clients with all aspects of their business, including legal planning, sales, expansion, and employee issues.
Ideal Candidate :
- We are seeking a candidate who can seamlessly integrate into an attorney role within a team setting and handle a caseload with confidence.
- Handles matters such as business compliance, business disputes, breach of contracts, landlord and tenant law, purchase and sale, Unlawful detainers, easements, nondisclosure, employment, and independent contractor law to name a few.
- Someone interested in handling a caseload that consists of Business and Real Estate litigation matters.
- Experienced in taking / defending depositions
- Capturing billable time by meeting or exceeding a billable requirement
- Appearing for hearings, mediations, and trials (with Partner guidance and support).
