Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with insurance defense experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Manage all litigation phases, including case management, motions, mediation, and trial prep.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support defense strategies.
- Provide timely legal advice and communication to clients on legal and factual matters.
- Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel per office procedures.
- Assist in preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence in trials and hearings.
- Preference handling matters in Construction defects, general / professional liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, toxic tort, etc.
